We wash hands
We keep the studio and all shared supplies sanitized and clean for each workshop
We pay attention to anyone presenting symptoms of unwell and with big hearts keep them comfortable until they can be picked up
We provide aprons but we get messy so be prepared for spills and splats
daily parent responsibilities:
Arrive 10 minutes prior to class start.
Please send your child with a large refillable water bottle
Provide a daily snack appropriate for their nutritional routines
Send your child in weather appropriate clothing that can endure spills and splats
please review necessary declarations and waivers:
I do not hold The Tiny heARTs responsible for any articles of clothing or personal belongings that are lost or damaged by theft, re, natural disaster or other occurrence.
I assert that my child has had the same vaccinations required by the LA County Unified school district. If my child shows any symptoms of contagious illness, I will keep my child at home.
I commit to have an emergency contact available the full time that my child is in the custody of tiny heARTS. Should there be an emergency requiring medical decisions, tiny heARTs will leave all medical decisions to the emergency professionals who are contacted and engaged.
I release, waive and discharge and covenants not to sue tiny heArts, its employees and agents from all liability for any loss, damage, or claim therefore on account of injury to the person or property of the undersigned, whether caused by any negligent act or omission of the releasees or otherwise while the undersigned is participating in any of tiny heARTs activities including but not limited to using any facilities or equipment in connection with the activity.
I shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AH from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever ( including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of tiny heARTs, its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, or volunteers . This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to tiny heARTs for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.
No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by both Parties. No waiver of any default shall constitute a waiver of any other default or breach, whether of the same or other covenant or condition. No waiver, benefit, privilege, or service voluntarily given or performed by a Party shall give the other Party any contractual right by custom, estoppel, or otherwise.
I warrant that I have the actual legal power, right, and authority to make this Agreement and bind each respective Party.
I assert this Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties related to the matters specified herein, and supersedes any prior oral or written statements or agreements between the Parties related to such matters. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited. The intent of the Parties is to provide as broad an indemnification as possible under California law. In the event that any aspect of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the court is empowered to modify this Agreement to give the broadest possible interpretation permitted under California law.
This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Refunds
Cancellations can be requested up to 2 weeks prior to your selected workshop with a 90% refund.
Should your child become ill during the week of the workshop, we will provide a refund equivalent to a prorated amount of the aforementioned 90% refund.
If your child is dismissed from our workshops for disciplinary measures, there will be no refund.
You are permitted to change your enrollment (ex: switching weeks) before May 31, 2024 with no fee or penalty if The Tiny heARTs has the additional availability.
